The Vilhelmina Sawmill is a mid-size flexible spruce sawmill with integrated planing.

Main products – Developed Timber
The main products are solid-wood products and further processed solid- wood products for customers in the building sector. Examples of these products are raw material for panelling, edge-glued panel and door lining.

Raw materials
SCA Skog is in charge of obtaining the raw material, which is 100 percent spruce. The slow-grown spruce raw material is from SCA’s FSC certified forests. The high quality of this timber, with its tight vertical grain, is appreciated by our customers. Raw material consumption amounts to approximately 210,000 m³/year.

Shipping
Products are efficiently transported by rail, road and sea. Vilhelmina is particularly well situated for fast, environmentally friendly railway transport to southern Scandinavia and the rest of Europe.
